The Wedding Issue

I have such a long list of places to travel to!!!I need to go to Hokkaido and Okinawa to complete my conquest of Japan!I am still the process of conquering the Australia pacific continent.There's far too many islands in the Australian territory and not forgetting Fiji and New Caledonia. Hamilton Islands, Rockhampton,Christmas Islands, Fraser Island, Kangaroo Island......the list will go on forever. Gold Coast (second time there) from 25th September to 30th September, Wollongong in the same week, Newcastle...Canberra on 11th October and maybe Melbourne and Auckland in the middle of November. There goes the phrase, 'Have Passport, Will Travel'. I am hoping to step onto the Alaskan territory next summer and go on the glacier tour in Anchorage! The Silk Road too! Bhutan, Mongolia and Nepal as well!

剣道。柔道。Taekwondo

I watched kendo live in action today and i fell in love with kendo at first sight. Too cool for words and i love the costume!

Found these kendo dolls online.



I saw a friend from japanese class at the judo class next to kendo. surprise surprise. but i didnt see Mr Yuki, my new judo sensei.

Captain's taekwondo black belt. Teach me taekwondo!!!! Hope that we can go dating in Auckland and Melbourne, ok!!!!

Can you see the little australian flag in the second picture, hanging from a crane? They are having some kind of construction near my dormitory and i find it cute:)





Captain is going to play tennis with Mr Julian tomorrow, good luck, show him some taekwondo spirit, hmm i mean tennis.

Captain and his amazing adventures

Captain went on a flight across the world last week and these are some interesting pictures(i think they look amazing, makes me want to start travelling now!Well in a way i am travelling now.). He doesn't have a blog so i am going to write some blog entries for him, muhahahha( evil laugh).

La Renaissance Cafe+ Sydney Opera House+ Sydney Museum

A trip to the city-- went to the lovely french cafe La Renaissance Cafe for some cakes(my cake is called passion de pierre and jinzhao's cake is called aroma), had a Strawberry Gelato at Gelatissmo and a cupcake from Cupcake Bakery. What a SWEET day.






I am in a cupcake craze, i need to bake again. I just couldnt stop myself from looking at baking recipes everyday. Call that an addictive hobby, once you start, you can't stop. Hope that my cashmere yarn and knitting needles will arrive tomorrow.

i want Chloe perfume so badly but it seems that this is not really a good time to blow 90 bucks on a 30ml perfume. Beijing Olympics has just ended. Speaking of closing ceremonies, the Sydney Olympics closing ceremony is still so fresh in my mind. How ironic it is, i was overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge today and 8 years ago, i was admiring the fireworks at Sydney Harbour Bridge for the Sydney closing ceremony 8 years on TV!!! I will make my way to the city to give a warm welcome to the Aussie olympians, how i wish Ian Thorpe is still one of them.
Anyway time to work really hard for tests and assignments again. これからも頑張ります～

Pilates!

Had a good stretch at the pilates class today. I still prefer yoga to pilates although there are many similarities between the two. I might be going to the yoga class tomorrow morning as well.

I went to Randwick after my pilates workout and had a Wild Berry Juice from Boost. Boost is in Singapore too but i bet many singaporeans have never heard of it. Blame it on the bad marketing and publicity efforts of the franchisee in Singapore. Boost is an Australian owned juice bar which is enjoying overwhelming success in Australia and it has managed to build up a massive loyal fan base here. The power of marketing and brand equity.....





My new pair of earrings from this cool artistic little shop in Randwick.


I bought this packet of Trail Mix( consisting of almonds, hazelnuts, raisins, sunflower kernel, cranberries) at Coles to add to my muesli for tomorrow's breakfast.
Nuts are essential to good health.

I would love to go wholly organic some day but it's kind of difficult to find shops selling organic food in singapore. yeah there are but most of them are located in the city.
