President-elect Obama had named Hliary Clinton as the next US Secretary of State. There were numerous objections against Obama's choice. Is Hilary underqualified for the position? Many had criticised Hilary's political resume to be not as outstanding as her predecessors. Current Secretary of State, Rice, had touched down in Mumbai for a formal political visit to understand the situation in India.
