鯖の味噌煮

My first time making 鯖の味噌煮。。下手そうね。。。i will try again and practise till perfection! i will get some 梅干next time too.　As for　ねぎ、they ran out of stock in the supermarket. Better luck next time. I need to get some nice japanese ceramic bowls too. I might be making it again tomorrow? Look out for the improved version of my 鯖の味噌煮！！！






Hope that this can boost my immune system. I caught this deadly sore throat virus on my flight back to Singapore and have been bearing with my throat for the past few days.

Clarke Quay area, it seems lifeless in the daytime but when night comes, the area will be transformed into a buzzing heaven for expatraites, tourists and locals for social gatherings or simply for a good beer or meal.






I went to Gyukaku for dinner with mum despite of my awful sore throat. I simply love yakiniku!!!

My Japanese green tea fever. I had my first 茶道 experience when i was 18 years old and eversince then, i fell in love with the Japanese traditional art of tea making.

This is just a bowl that i found in my mum's cupboard..not an authentic 茶碗:)
I might be going to Liang Court tomorrow to enquire about their 茶道クラス。

Masters of Commerce Degree

I have just lodged my application for the Masters of Commerce Degree and most possbily i will be specialising in tourism and hospitality management. That will mean that i will be staying for another year in Australia!!! I will have time to learn my Kendo,japanese classes and continue my surfing and beach fetish...ahh who knows what that actually means...Singapore Airlines Flight Attendant after my Masters Degree?
I will be 23 years old by then, but hey, i am still young! Isn't it a good idea to take my Masters Degree now as well?

I am heading back to Singapore to take my Japanese Language Proficiency Test in December this year....I am thinking of taking up a Diploma in Aromatherapy course in Australia next year....where can i find the money to fulifil all my wishes!!!
I need to take my MBA at New York University too, that's my ultimate wish. Oh, i want to get my PR in Australia too....

Bondi Beach is calling my name....I miss you too my dear Bondi:)

熊谷明美さん！シンガポール航空

I have no idea why i adore Akemi san so much eversince i first saw her on the Kris Magazine onboard a Singapore Airlines flight to Japan.....And i saw her in real person onboard another flight to Japan...She is one of the Chief Stewardess of Singapore Airlines by the way.
I am hoping to see her again! Maybe i am her first fan, hehe.
